We are at full capacity for the 2024 IFMSS meeting. All Castlemartyr accommodation is completely booked. Only satellite housing is available.

We have chosen Castlemartyr for our 2024 IFMSS meeting. Nestled in 220 acres of the beautiful, lush, Irish landscape, the resort offers excellent hotel accommodation, cozy lodges, and an abundance of activities, as well as ample meeting space for our group.
You have two options when booking your reservations at Castlemartyr Resort:
You can book a room or suite in the actual hotel, or
A more cost-effective lodge/residence. Lodges include a sitting room and kitchen and will be very appropriate for groups of friends, family, or trainees/fellows on limited budgets.

Lodges / Residences
To book a lodge/residence, contact the resort by phone, +353 21 421 9000 or email, reservations@castlemartyrresort.ie. Lodges will be booked and paid for under one person’s name. Please make arrangements with whom you will share your lodge and the cost.

1 guest per bedroom (an additional €25 per night will be charged for an additional person)

Standard check-in time is 4 p.m., standard check-out time is before 10 a.m.
Residences/lodges are a 5-7 minute walk from the main venue
If residence guests wish to eat breakfast in the hotel there is an extra cost of €25 per person per breakfast
Lodges include living/sitting room/full kitchen and 2-3 bathrooms per residence

Extending Your Visit
If you wish to extend your stay before or after the meeting, this can be arranged directly with the hotels. These hotels are very popular, so if you would like to stay longer, we encourage you to make your arrangements sooner rather than later.
